1. Definition of personal information

Personal information also includes information which could be easily compared with other information to identify a specific individual (based on the Act on the Protection of Personal Information).
2. Legal compliance
In the handling of personal information, Odagaki Co., Ltd. complies with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information and other privacy protection laws and ordinances as well as responsibilities established in guidelines by competent ministers together with this policy.
3. Use of personal information within the scope of the purposes of use
Odagaki Co., Ltd. shall specify the purposes of use for personal information to the extent possible and will only handle personal information within the specified or officially announced scope of the purposes of use, excluding when the advance consent of the party involved has been received or when exceptions are permitted by law.

8. Requests for the release of personal information, etc.
In the event the party involved wishes for the suspension of the release or revision of his or her own personal information or the suspension of the delivery of information on products and services or the deletion of his or her own personal information, Odagaki Co., Ltd. will respond to this request promptly in accordance with legal regulations after verifying the identity of the party involved. Customers should make any such requests to the point of contact to which their personal information was provided.
9. Responding to complaints
Odagaki Co., Ltd. will respond promptly and appropriate to complaints from the party involved regarding personal information handled by Odagaki Co., Ltd. and will develop an internal system for doing so.
10. Continuous improvement to internal systems
Odagaki Co., Ltd. will develop internal standards for appropriately handling customers’ personal information and will strive to continuously strengthen and improve internal systems, including reviewing this policy, through the implementation of employee training and suitable internal audits.
